A dashboard that reviews the clinic for you
An AI-native system for private clinic groups. Every morning it reviews bookings, revenue and the team across all locations, and puts what needs attention into a short to-do: revenue at risk, a target slipping, patients due a follow-up — each with the action ready to run.
My work spans the public site and the product surfaces behind it — the admin inbox, the booking calendar and the patient portal — on one design system.
Problem
